Build a strong foundation and stay healthy all season long!
Regular cross training is shown to reduce injury by up to 70% by improving movement quality. Focused cross training prepares your body for the demands of dance by building strength, stability and endurance — needs for mastery of new skills!
Each session starts with a break down of skills into their most basic form to emphasize efficient movement. Then we progress to complex movements to complement your dance technique and reach your performance goals. We create individualized exercise programs to your needs and performance goals focused on:
- Improving movement quality by focusing on precision (form), control (balance) and power (explosiveness).
- Building Bone Density through resistance training for injury prevention and recovery.
- Strengthening through all ranges of motion (yes-including your hyperextension).
- Increasing stamina and endurance needed for performance and conventions.
One-on-one or shared sessions with a coach to work on your performance goals. Sessions can include screenings on pointe readiness and injury prevention.
Private session length from 30-45 min.
Semi-Private sessions length from 45-60 min.
In-Person Sessions are held on Sundays between 11:00 – 3:00 in the Blakeney area of South Charlotte.
Virtual Sessions can be scheduled directly with Coach.

We offer group training that are tailored to prepare you for the demands of dance! Master a specific skill and/or general conditioning is taught by professionals that have been in your sport! In as soon as 5 session improvement in noticeable.
Group traiNing length from 45-90 min.
Sessions can be scheduled as intensive workshops or bi-weekly/monthly classes throughout the season held at your studio!
