Performance Prep for dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts through injury prevention/cross training and injury recovery.
We create individualized exercise programs to your needs and performance goals focused on:
- Improving movement quality by focusing on prevision (form), control (balance) and power (explosiveness).
- Building Bone Density through resistance training for injury prevention and recovery.
- Strengthening through all ranges of motion (yes-including your hyperextension).
- Increasing stamina and endurance needed for performance and conventions.
These sessions range from 30-45 minutes, one-on-one with a coach to work on your performance goals. Including pointe readiness screenings and performance optimization assessments. Sessions can be booked as an individual or small group.
In-Person Sessions are held on Sundays between 11:00 – 3:00.
Virtual Sessions can be scheduled directly with Coach.

This option is ideal for those suffering from regular aches and pains requiring them to modify participation. These sessions include a breakdown of alignment, strength, stability, and precision but also may include benefits of physical therapy (soft tissue work, manual therapy, mobilizations, stretching, cupping, etc.)
