Whether you want to improve a specific skill or you are recovering from an injury, we help you build a strong foundation focusing on stability, strength, and endurance to help you stay preforming all season long!


We will complement the training, technique, and choreography from you studio/gym by working on foundational skills of alignment, mobility, strength, stability and endurance.


4-6 sessions you will begin to notice more control, precision, and power when you practice--but it is about building life long habits and complementing your training as you grow.


Each session is customized to build up to your goals.  Everyone's session may look different based on individual goals.  Overall, sessions can include aspects of balance training, agility, coordination, plyometric jump training, cardio, stretching, flexibility and weigh lifting.


Yes!  I would love to.  We often do workshops for dance classes and teams at their studio/gym.
