Primas goal is to complement the training, technique, and choreography from your studio/gym by working on foundational skills of alignment, mobility/flexibility, strength, stability, and endurance.
To improve performance and assist in preventing injuries our form of cross training incorporates agility, plyometrics, cardio, strength training, and stability designed specifically for your sport that will help you stay performing all season long!
