Our goal is to complement your dance training, technique and choreography by building your foundational skills of alignment, mobility, strength, control, and endurance. Our form of cross training incorporates agility, plyometrics, cardio, strength + weight lifting, and proprioceptive stability training.
All coaches are Physiotherapists maintaining board-certifications as Athletic Trainers and Human Performance with additional specialty training in dance, yoga, acro, strength and conditioning, and corrective exercise.
A certified athletic trainer (ATC) is a board certified health professional specializing the care of athletes prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.
